[Poster]: “Herbs Aotearoa Dread Beat & Blood”
VWUSA & Radio With Pictures Presents: Herbs, Aotearoa, and Dread Beat & Blood at The Union Hall (1985)
This performance was filmed, and later screened on Radio With Pictures.
In the early 1980's TVs often came with single, mono, speakers. As Radio Active broadcast in stereo FM, Radio With Pictures would be simulcast on 89FM - giving viewers in Wellington high-quality stereo audio to tune into as they watched!
The simulcast concept was later repurposed for other active shows such as The Alternative Rugby Commentary
